What is semi permanent makeup?

Semi permanent make up is a non-surgical method of implanting pigments into shallow, dermal layers of the skin to create or enhance a cosmetic appearance.

How long will my makeup last?

Semi permanent make up usually lasts between 1 to 3 years, depending on your age, skin type and the main factor, exposure to UV rays from the sun or tanning beds. A top up is suggested every 6 to 12 months to keep your make up looking fresh.

How Does Microneedling Work?

The device slides along the skin and penetrates upper layers of the skin to a depth of up to 2mm to create tiny needle wounds. This signals the body to respond by producing collagen and elastin fibers. As a result, the skin becomes fuller, thus reducing the appearance of scars, lines, and wrinkles.

What Will I Look Like After the Treatment?

Most people will notice redness and mild swelling similar to slight sunburn for 24-48 hours and there may be slight pinpoint bleeding and/or bruising. Skin will be noticeably smoother and more radiant within a week or two. Full results will take a few months to appear.

Is semi permanent makeup painful?

Some clients feel minor discomfort. Most women compare our eyebrow treatment to plucking eyebrows and feel a little uncomfortable. Many clients think the years of looking great with perfect makeup and carefree results outweigh any momentary discomfort.
